The company was founded in 1998 by Mihelios Nikolaos who deals with specialised manufactures of furniture.

Graduate Mechanical Engineer and Electrician Engineer, dealt with musical studies that gained him and also brought him to deal with carpentering which requires special approach in each form of manufacture. For a period he dealt with studying and designing Hi-Fi amplifiers.

Since 1998, the company has participated two times in Hi-End trade fairs that were organised in Athens and two times in Thessaloniki.
